Privacy and Security of Information

Clarocity Inc. and its related entities (collectively referred to as "Clarocity") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users' personal information. The following statement explains our information gathering and dissemination practices.

Information Collected

When a user registers with Clarocity, our registration form requires a user to disclose their legal name, legal address, email address, other personal information, and create a user name and password for use at www.clarocity.ca ("Registration Data").

Use of Information

The Registration Data will be used by Clarocity to identify a user and their contributions to the Clarocity system as well as to provide the user with updated system information from Clarocity, including service and support information. The Registration Data may be shared with partners such as investors and/or advertisers on an aggregate basis. Clarocity shall use reasonable efforts not to disclose personally identifiable information about our users.

Use of Cookies

A cookie is a file that is written to your hard drive when you access certain web pages. Clarocity uses cookies to ensure data security. Upon logging in or entering a password protected user area, cookies are set up to authorize a user during their session. Data stored in cookies is encrypted to prevent tampering. Cookies identify the user as they navigate the Clarocity system to ensure account permissions are respected (i.e. the user can only perform account actions as set by the master account user).

Log Files

Logs of website traffic are collected and include information such as IP addresses, browser types and cookie information. This information is collected to analyze trends, administer the site and to calculate overall activity. Personally, identifiable traffic patterns are not disclosed to third parties.

Security

This website has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under Clarocity’s control. The information collected by Clarocity is stored in a secure operating environment that has been set up to prevent public and unwarranted access.

We encourage you to read the privacy policies of these 3rd Party Websites as their privacy practices may differ from Clarocity.

Opt-Out, Delete/Deactivate

Users of Clarocity can deactivate their user accounts at any time. To deactivate your user account please contact Clarocity’s customer service department at support@clarocity.ca. Periodic Clarocity newsletters contain an "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email. Following instructions within the link will remove the user from the newsletter mailing list.

Privacy Policy Changes

If Clarocity decides to change this privacy policy, it will post those changes prominently on the Clarocity.ca website. Users will always know what information we gather, how we might use or collect that information and whether we will disclose it to anyone. In the event of a change, users will be given the option to opt-out of such a change.

Legal Disclaimer

Notwithstanding the general terms of this policy, the collection, use, and disclosure of the Registration Data may be made outside of the terms herein to the extent provided for in any applicable privacy or other legislation in effect from time to time.

Clarocity may disclose Registration Data to another entity purchasing (including for diligence purposes prior to purchase) the assets of Clarocity or an affiliate, provided that entity abides by this or a similar privacy policy.
